Cottered roller chain & sprocket uses cotter pins instead of rivets, the benefit of this is that the chain & sprocket is easier to install sections and eliminate the need of cutting the rivet pins. One of the most important features that make this chain & sprocket last longer than others is that it features fully heat-treated solid bushings, which creates a high strength and long lasting precision bushing. It also features heat-treated, wide couture side plates that have been shot peened, this increases working load and the overall performance of the roller chain & sprocket. Ever-Power Series #100-3 Triple Strand cottered roller chain & sprocket also features heat-treated, hardened pins. This increases the shock load rating,10sile strength, and overall durability of the roller chain & sprocket. Another important feature of this roller chain & sprocket is that it has heat-treated solid rollers, which increases the overall performance of the chain & sprocket and the working life.
